LCDR Tillett joined the USNSCC in 1995. She served as the XO of Kings Bay Division for 3 years, and the CO of FDR Squadron for 4 years and is currently the Regional Director for Region 6-2 Southeast. 
 
LCDR Tillett has worked as a Navy civil service employee at NAVAIR Depot Jacksonville for the past 23-1/2 years and is the Manufacturing Program Manager at the Depot.

ENS Gary Lakie, USNSCC

Ens Gary Lakie has performed as XO/Escort Officer for Basic Airman since 2003.  This summer, Ens Lakie will be COTC for the  Advance Airman training while serving as XO for the Basic Airman Training.
 
Ens Lakie's profession is as an Aviation Maintenance Technician (A&P) with American Airlines at O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, IL.  He has over 10 years experience working with Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767, 777 and McDonnell Douglas DC-10 and MD-80 aircrafts.
 
He is also donates his time helping restore military and general aviation airplanes for the Illinois Aviation Museum at Bolingbrook, IL. 

Ens Lakie has been with the US Naval Sea Cadets for over 4 years and is currently the Executive Officer for the VF-142 Ghostriders Squadron out Naperville area out in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Chief Allen's has been involved in the NSCC since April of 2000 and have spent time in three different units.  I went to Boot Camp at NTC Great Lakes in June 2001.  Currently he is the Chief Petty Officer of Division 9-1-1 at NTC Great Lakes which has approx 45 cadets.
 
The Chief has done two cruises on board YP-671, one as a crew member and the last as Chief of the Boat.  I was part of the Staff at the NLCC Orientation at Volk ANG Base.
 
He hasnt done much in terms of Aviation training, but is looking forward to the experience.  Next year He will be attending University of Nebraska-Lincoln and looks forward to participating in the Navy ROTC program at the University.
